Lesesne in an action for libel based upon a telegram containing statements in regard to the plaintiff. The message was delivered to the Telegraph Company by H. G. Willingham at Columbia, South Carolina, on October 27, 1946, and was transmitted that day by the company at Columbia by teletype to the addressee, Dr. James A. Hayne, who was an official...
