Nelson, seeks to vacate the judgment and sentence of the district court of Grady county wherein the petitioner was sentenced to serve a term of ten years imprisonment in the State Penitentiary upon his plea of guilty to the crime of kidnapping, after former conviction of a felony.

The sole question presented by this action is whether the court lost jurisdiction...
