This is an original petition under the workmen's compensation act, general laws 1938, chapter 300. brought by an employee against his employer to recover compensation. After a hearing the superior court denied and dismissed the petition and from the entry of a decree to that effect the petitioner duly prosecuted his appeal to this court.
