STATE v. WORRELL

No. 219.

61 S.E.2d 254 (1950)

232 N.C. 493

STATE v. WORRELL.

Supreme Court of North Carolina.

October 11, 1950.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

J. Faison Thomson and N. W. Outlaw, Goldsboro, for defendant-appellant.

Attorney General Harry McMullan, Assistant Attorney General Ralph Moody and Walter F. Brinkley, Member of Staff, Lexington, for the State.

DEVIN, Justice.

The only exceptions brought forward in defendant's assignments of error relate to the court's charge to the jury.

Several excerpts from the charge to which exception was noted, when taken out of context, might appear to have some substance, but when the charge is considered in its entirety and contextually we discover no prejudicial error. State v. Bridges, 231 N.C. 163, 56 S.E.2d 397
