Said new plat changed the lot lines, streets and residential character of some of said blocks. In August 1947, the appellants here filed suit in the 54th District Court, being No. 28348, against the Lacys alleging, among other things, that they were the owners of certain lots in Block 40 of the Dean Addition;...
