Sebren and the Federal Land Bank of New Orleans, as defendants, to cancel cloud on complainant's title to approximately 8.75 acres of land in Simpson County, Mississippi, and for the recovery of the value of timber alleged to have been cut on the land by the defendant, N.R. Sebren.
