This is an action by Lydia Teel, Mary Thigpen, and Thomas F. Harman, to set aside a quitclaim deed executed by them to Laurence Harman, now Thompson, in December, 1945, and to recover a share of the benefits accruing to grantee and the other defendants by reason of such conveyance. The above-named plaintiffs were three of the five children of B.F. and Lou Harman, deceased, from whom they inherited a 3/5ths interest...
