KNIGHT, Judge.

W. V. Bennett, 67 years of age, died a resident of Clark County on February 25, 1947. He had been twice married, his first wife having died may years ago leaving three small children, the youngest of whom was only a few weeks old. These children went to live with their maternal grandmother at Frankfort, and all subsequently moved to Hawaii and California, and never again lived with their father though they retained friendly relationships with him.
