This case was before the court on a previous appeal, on a question of the sufficiency of the pleadings to withstand a general demurrer. See Wolfe v. White, 114 Utah. 37, 197 P.2d 125. In that case the lease involved was set out in full, and certain of the exhibits, included in the pleadings, were considered.
