The members of the Bourbon County Board of Education filed charges against E. H. Darnaby, Superintendent of the Bourbon County Schools. The Board, after hearing the evidence, which consisted largely of testimony of members of the Board, entered an order discharging and removing the Superintendent and declaring the office vacant. The Superintendent then instituted this action in the Bourbon Circuit Court...
