Appellants, Philip and Sonia Diatz, commenced this action against appellees, Washington Technical School, Inc. and Eugene Sobel, to recover rent due on the unexpired term of a lease. The action was tried before a jury which returned a verdict for the appellants against Eugene Sobel only. On motion of Sobel to have the verdict set
