These bills were filed in the Chancery Court of Marion County by the beneficiary of two policies of insurance to recover benefits for the accidental death of the insured. The Chancellor sustained demurrers to the bills and the complainant has appealed. We have heard the cases together and it is agreed that the two appeals present a single question, whether the admitted death of the insured was caused by "accidental means," as that phrase was defined...
