This action was brought by plaintiffs Alfred E. von Stilli and Irene A. von Stilli, on behalf of themselves and other owners of lots in Lake Hiwassee subdivision, against the defendants J.M. Young and Kate Young, to establish the rights of plaintiffs in certain lands in the Lake Hiwassee project, and to enjoin the defendants from the further sale of lots in said project.
