This action was brought by the plaintiffs Bertha Schultz and R.C. Schultz against the defendants Atlas Investment Company, L.N. Van Antwerp, and Joseph E. Washington, to enforce collection of a promissory note. At the time the case was tried Atlas Investment Company had been liquidated and dissolved.
