The Pulaski Chancery Court held that the "Zoning Ordinance", Ordinance 5420, of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas was void insofar as it applies to appellees' property, and permanently enjoined the City and its officials "from in any manner interfering with plaintiffs in the use of said property under the provisions, terms or restrictions contained in said Ordinance No. 5420."
