For the second time the question of appellee Pinkert's title to the West 1/2 of Lots 1 to 6 inclusive, Block 8, Adams Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas is before this court. The first case was Pinkert v. Lamb, 215 Ark. 879, 224 S.W.2d 15.
