This is an appeal by the plaintiff from a judgment in favor of the defendant, which the Circuit Court entered after it had rendered findings of fact and conclusions of law favorable to the defendant. The findings were based upon stipulated facts. The purpose of the action was the recovery of damages for an alleged personal injury.
