This is an appeal from an order denying an interlocutory injunction in an action instituted under section 7 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C.A. § 15 note, and sections 4 and 16 of the Clayton Act, 15 U.S.C.A. §§ 15, 26, asking damages and injunctive relief.
