As a result of an altercation between appellant and one Glenn Hickey, appellant was charged with the offense of "Assault with Intent to Kill" by information filed by the Prosecuting Attorney. At the time of trial the charge was reduced to "Assault with a Deadly Weapon" on motion of the State and without objection by appellant.
