NULTY, Justice.

This case comes before this Court on exceptions by the plaintiff from the Superior Court of Lincoln County. There, the cause, which was a writ of entry, was heard by the Court without a jury and judgment was for the defendants. By agreement of the parties the case was submitted to the Court for findings and decision upon nine certain agreed stipulations made a part of the record.
