This suit is the result of an intersectional collision between an automobile being driven by the plaintiff, Mrs. Ernest Dickerson, and one owned and being operated by the defendant, Leon Lorren, which occurred at the intersection of Fifth Street and Avenue F in the City of Bogalusa, Louisiana, at or near 3:00 p. m. on March 4, 1949.
