Plaintiff brought this action to quiet title to an easement for a public highway over a 30-foot strip approximately 1,275 feet long running in a northerly and southerly direction and being the easterly 30 feet of 17 lots numbered 18 to 34 inclusive, of a recorded subdivision map of Tract No. 1052, in Orange County.
