It seems clear after a consideration of all the evidence introduced at the trial that the court has jurisdiction of the controversy now before it. The plaintiffs have brought this action to quiet title in themselves and to eject the defendants from certain real estate bordering on the Missouri River; basing their right to such relief on "tax deeds" which have been issued by the state of Iowa. The defendants, however, plead their own good title...
