This is an action brought pursuant to Section 21 of the Suits in Admiralty Act, 46 U.S.C.A. § 742, and the Jones Act, § 33 of the Merchant Marine Act of June 5, 1920, c. 250, 41 Stat. 1007, 46 U.S.C.A. § 688, which amended Section 20 of the Act of March 4, 1915, c. 153, 38 Stat. 1185. The pertinent provisions of Section 33 are set out in the margin.
