This is a suit for damages for an alleged illegal conversion of an automobile. It is alleged in the petition that the petitioner is a duly qualified and acting administrator of the Succession of Dr. Edgar Burk Shaw who died on July 30, 1947, and that on July 31, 1947 "the said John Eskew and the said Norma S. Eskew furthermore unlawfully took possession of and removed from the aforesaid premises which had been occupied by the deceased Edgar Burk Shaw...
