Lloyd Wilson was charged by information filed in the court of common pleas of Tulsa county with the crime of possession of intoxicating liquors; a motion to suppress the evidence was filed and overruled. Thereafter, the case was tried to a jury, the defendant was found guilty and sentenced to serve 30 days in the Tulsa county jail, and to pay a fine of $250. The defendant advances four propositions for reversal.
