This is a companion case to that of West v. Nichols, Mo.App., 227 S.W.2d 760, decided at this session. The cases were tried together below and were briefed and argued together in this court.

The applicable law, and the facts, are almost identical in the two cases. Plaintiffs, in the instant case, had a judgment for $489.37, which included accrued interest.
