This is an appeal for the construction of a part of the Workmen's Compensation Act, Code, § 6851 et seq., and the question presented is thus well stated by the plaintiff in error: "The question involved in this case is whether or not an employee of a principal contractor may sue a sub-contractor, or sub-contractors, at common law for injuries received by said employee while working on the premises covered by the general contract, said injuries...
