This is a suit in unlawful detainer, instituted in magistrate court. From an adverse judgment plaintiff appealed to circuit court, where judgment was for defendant. Plaintiff prosecutes this appeal.

Plaintiff obtained title to the property by purchase at a foreclosure sale. She then served notice on defendant, who executed said deed of trust and who was the owner and in possession from that time until foreclosure, and still is in possession...
