This is a civil action for damages for personal injuries suffered by plaintiff in a collision between a bus of the Burlington Transportation Company of which he was the driver, and a truck and trailer of Fred M. Manning, Inc., defendant herein, of which the defendant Robert B. Hawkins was the driver, which occurred on U. S. Highway No. 20, about 9 miles north of Worland, Wyoming, on December 27, 1946.
