Donald C. Tweed brought this action against the First National Building Corporation, a corporation, and F.E. Reid, an individual, seeking damages for personal injuries sustained by the plaintiff when he fell down a flight of stairs between the 29th and 30th floors of the First National Building in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The plaintiff alleged negligence in the failure of defendants to maintain the stairway in a safe condition.
