POWELL, J.

Harold Ernest Ash was charged in the court of common pleas of Tulsa county with the offense of reckless driving, found guilty by the jury and his punishment fixed at $100 fine, and 30 days' imprisonment, with the recommendation that the 30 day imprisonment be suspended. In keeping with this verdict, the court sentenced defendant to pay a fine of $100, and 30 days in the county jail, and suspended the jail sentence. Appeal was duly perfected to this court...
