This is an action by Douglas McKeever, as administrator of the estate of Fred C. Parker, deceased, against Alma H. Parker and others, to quiet title to certain real estate in the city of Enid, Oklahoma. At the conclusion of plaintiff's evidence, the defendants demurred or moved for judgment on plaintiff's evidence. This motion was sustained and judgment rendered for defendants.
