The instant case arose out of an accident involving a GMC tractor with a Fruehauf trailer attached, owned by Edgar F. Lehman and driven by his employee, Samuel LeRoy Witter, and a motorcycle owned and operated by Don L. Lawrence, while his friend and companion Melvin A. Henry was riding on the back seat. Both Lawrence and Henry died shortly after the collision as a result of the injuries sustained, and suits were filed against Lehman and Witter...
