(hereafter called "Conway") have moved for summary judgment pursuant to Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, 28 U.S.C.A. The Conway Liquor Co. Inc. in the title of this action appears to be a misnomer for the Conway Co. Inc.
