On the morning of February 18th, 1948, shortly after seven A.M., Gayle A. Barrios, accompanied by the plaintiff (guest passenger) was driving his automobile on the Houma-Raceland Highway when a collision occurred between his automobile and a truck belonging to the defendant, Nichols Truck Line, which was being driven by an employee, Arthur W. Arnold. Barrios and Bergeron both have filed suit for personal injuries sustained as a result of the accident...
