Action for rescission. Prior to and in April, 1947, defendants were the owners of property known as "Tangled Pines Cabins," in the San Bernardino Mountains. This property consisted of four lots, each 40x100 feet, and contained 16 units. On October 10, 1946, Mr. Busby, hereinafter referred to as defendant, signed an exclusive listing authorizing one Jack Tibbetts to sell it. The listing reads in part as follows:
