This is a suit to quiet title to certain land, in which suit the issues narrowed down to the question of title to the following described land: The Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4, and the East Half of the East Half of Section 6, Township 11 South, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Meridian.

It may be well to mention here, parenthetically, that if the East Half of the East Half of Section 6 is included in all the instruments in plaintiffs' chain...
