RICHARDS, J., August 9, 1950.

On July 12, 1950, this court directed the Secretary of the Commonwealth to receive and file the nomination papers of a political body known as "G.I.'s Against Communism", subject to all legal requirements as to their adequacy and form. This order was complied with. However, upon examination of the papers it was discovered that those of George Angelo as candidate for the United States Congress
