Tom Hink was charged by information filed in the district court of Tulsa county with the crime of unlawful possession of intoxicating liquor, second offense. Defendant's demurrer to the information was overruled, and motion to suppress was filed, heard by the court, and overruled. A jury was waived, the defendant did not testify or offer any evidence. The evidence of the arresting officer on the motion to suppress was considered as the evidence of the state...
