OPINION BY HIRT, J., November 14, 1950:

Decedent, Anna S. Rossman, at the time of her death was living in a rented room in the house of Eva Herring in Williamsport. In the early morning of August 1, 1947, she was found unconscious on the bathroom floor of the Herring home.
