The petitioner was arrested, tried, convicted and fined by the Municipal Court of the City of Sarasota on the charge of peddling without a license, as required by Ordinance No. 635 of the City of Sarasota. The decision of the Municipal Court was affirmed by the Circuit Court, and the cause is now before this court on a petition for writ of certiorari.
