This was an action in trover, brought by T. H. Williams against H. E. Edwards in the Civil Court of Fulton County, seeking to recover a diamond ring and a wrist watch, or the value thereof. Edwards answered and admitted that he was a resident of Fulton County and subject to the jurisdiction of the court, and denied all other allegations of the petition.
