Petitioner appeals from a judgment of the Union County Court, in favor of the respondent, which affirmed a determination of the Workmen's Compensation Division that the petitioner had not sustained the burden of proof of accident arising out of and in the course of the employment. The petition alleged that the petitioner, thirty-five years of age, injured his back while using a grinder on April 13, 1948...
