The defendant, Melvin Johnson, was convicted in the district court of Jackson county for the illegal transportation of whisky, a fourth offense, and has appealed.

It is contended that the trial court erred in overruling the motion to suppress the evidence presented by the defendant.

There is very little dispute in the testimony of the defendant and the two highway patrolmen as to the facts surrounding the search and seizure of the whisky...
