1. This action was filed November 3, 1949, for damages resulting from personal injuries received by plaintiff, Charles R. Clark, in an automobile collision in Michigan allegedly caused by defendants' negligence. Plaintiff is a citizen of Michigan. The defendants, Detroit-Pittsburgh Motor Freight, Inc., and Edward Lantz, are citizens of Ohio. The amount in controversy exceeds the sum of $3,000, exclusive of interest...
