The motions were granted. Orders reversed on the law, with one bill of $10 costs and disbursements, and the motions denied, with one bill of $10 costs, with leave to respondent to answer within ten days from the entry of the order hereon.

It is alleged in appellant's complaint that the contract was entered into in 1918, and fully performed by plaintiff in 1924. Subdivision 7 of section 31 of the Personal Property Law was enacted in 1933, and does not affect contracts...
