We think that it was error to strike the allegations of paragraphs 8(b) and 10 of the complaint alleging damage to the plaintiff for loss of business reputation. We also think that the alternative relief to make the complaint more definite and certain was improperly granted. Such information as the defendants may require in this regard can be obtained from a bill of particulars.

Order, so far as appealed from, unanimously modified by allowing the allegations in paragraphs...
