Order unanimously modified as to the years 1946-1947 by reinstating the assessments, and as to the years 1947-1948 and 1948-1949 by fixing the values for the two years as follows: land $217,000, building $603,000, total $820,000, and, as so modified, affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the respondents-appellants.
