The board found that on September 28, 1948, while claimant was engaged in the regular course of his employment, he stumbled on a rack in front of a cooler, fell to the floor and sustained accidental injuries, as a result of which he was disabled. Only questions of fact are involved. The proof sustains the findings of the board.
